Because we buy in small numbers. We travel to workshops and wholesalers across India and take a handful of each piece — sometimes one. When something sells out we try to find it again, but we would rather tell you honestly that it may not return than pretend otherwise. Use Notify me and we will write to you if it does.

Yes, on orders under ₹2,000. We will send a WhatsApp message to confirm before we ship. Prepaid orders get free shipping.

Materials are listed on each product page under Specifications. We are confirming the exact base metal and plating with every workshop we buy from, and will state it per piece rather than making a blanket claim.

All plated jewellery dulls eventually. How fast depends almost entirely on how it is stored and whether it meets perfume and sweat. Our care guide is short and it genuinely works.

We are confirming this per workshop. Until we can say it for certain we will not claim it. If you react to plated jewellery, write to us before ordering and we will tell you what we know about that specific piece.
